Cancellation, termination and refunds

Current status
A quote request is free and carries no commitment. Project payments follow the accepted quote; no payments or subscriptions are processed directly on this website.
Projects and deposits
Work performed according to the quote and authorised costs remain payable upon cancellation. They are not refunded merely for a change of mind. The deposit is applied to amounts owed; a statement details work and costs. Excess advances for work not performed are refunded where required by the contract or law. This policy does not remove remedies for non-conforming services or mandatory applicable rights.
Monthly hosting
Termination must use a simple method stated in the agreement, with written confirmation. Service end dates, final payments, file delivery and transfer must be explained before subscription. No fictional cancellation workflow is presented as operational here.

To contact the agency, email lestitansdubranding@gmail.com. Remaining business details must be completed before sales begin. If an agreement is signed separately, use that agreement’s contact details and procedures. This preparation page does not retroactively change an existing agreement.
