Quote and agreement
Quote requests are free and are not orders. A project starts after acceptance of a quote identifying the parties, deliverables, timing, price, applicable taxes and payment terms.
Creation and payment
The standard business website starts at CA$1,200 plus taxes: up to 5 FR/EN pages, mobile layout, enquiry form, basic SEO and two consolidated feedback rounds before approval. A 30% deposit follows quote acceptance; the balance follows approval and precedes publication. Standard timing: 1 week after receiving the deposit and all necessary content, subject to client approvals. Your quote confirms scheduling and additional features. Payments are not processed directly on this website.
Content and rights
Clients must hold the necessary rights and permissions for supplied logos, photographs, text and data. Custom work, delivered files and transfer conditions will be defined in the quote. Libraries, licensed media and third-party services remain subject to their own licences; their ownership cannot be transferred as if the agency authored them.
Results and demonstrations
Demos show styles and interactions, not real clients or commercial results. Stock photographs do not imply endorsement by their owners. SEO rankings, calls, sales and Google positions are not guaranteed. Active services and measurement tools will be defined in each agreement.
Website use
Do not compromise the site, bypass access restrictions or supply unlawful content. Demo content must not be presented as a genuine testimonial. The site does not provide personalised legal, medical or financial advice.
Applicable laws and provisions
The agreement must identify the rules governing the commercial relationship. Nothing on these pages removes mandatory applicable rights. Contract wording does not replace statutory obligations. Terms will be completed with the operator’s details before services are sold.
