Privacy officer and contact
Les Titans du Branding is the brand of Gaetan Georges’s agency. Privacy officer: Gaetan Georges, owner. For privacy questions or requests, email lestitansdubranding@gmail.com. The business address and applicable registration details must still be completed before sales.
Form information
When you submit, your name, business, email, phone, city, industry, service choices, project details, optional referral code and attachments are sent to the agency through FormSubmit, then to its Gmail inbox. We use them to review your project, prepare a quote and contact you. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing campaign. Do not send sensitive or unnecessary third-party information.
Navigation and providers
The site is hosted on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests and security or authentication cookies. Their own policies describe their processing. Main media assets are served from this site. External links open sites subject to their own policies. FormSubmit transfers submissions and uses Google reCAPTCHA for anti-spam verification. Gmail receives enquiries and attachments. These providers may process data outside Québec and Canada; their exact processing locations are not specified here. No payment or marketing campaign provider is connected.
Preferences and retention
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its API archive. Emails and attachments received by the agency remain in Gmail during project follow-up; no automatic deletion is configured. You may request access, correction or deletion at lestitansdubranding@gmail.com, subject to applicable obligations. The tb_privacy_choice cookie stores your choice for 180 days; tb_language stores language only after preference acceptance, for up to 180 days after its last update. Rejection deletes the language cookie.
AI and automated decisions
The agency uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with code and content creation, with human review. The current form does not send your information or files to an AI model. The site makes no automated decisions about enquiries, payments or referral eligibility. Any future AI processing of client information must be described and governed before activation.
Rights and next version
For requests about your rights or information held by the agency, email lestitansdubranding@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent to project communications; this may prevent project follow-up. New uses or payment integrations will be described before activation.

Private project management
The agency uses a private dashboard to track business contact details, projects, change requests and manually recorded payments. Records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through an owner-only OpenAI Sites workspace. ChatGPT sign-in provides an identifier and the profile information needed for access. No automatic email or banking data import is configured. Automatic record deletion is not currently configured; deletion requests are handled by the privacy officer, subject to applicable obligations.
