How long does it take ?
Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 weeks after receiving your content and deposit, confirmed in your quote. Timing depends on your approvals and requested features.
What is included from CA$1,200?
A mobile-friendly business website with up to 5 pages in French and English, services, contact information, an enquiry form and basic SEO. You provide or approve copy and imagery. Booking systems, stores, complex animations and ongoing SEO are quoted separately. Applicable taxes are extra.
Can I request changes?
The standard package includes two consolidated feedback rounds before approval. Additional pages or features require a separate quote accepted before work begins.
What does CA$75/month hosting include?
Publication, HTTPS, uptime monitoring, monthly source-code backups and technical maintenance of the delivered website. Domain registration, paid third-party services, ongoing copywriting, added features and monthly SEO are separate. Your quote defines the scope.
What if I cancel?
Work performed according to the quote and authorised costs remain payable. Payments are reconciled against amounts owed: excess advances for work not performed are refunded where required by the contract or law. See our cancellation terms.
